Chantale Williams has more than 30 successful years in property management.  She has been a consultant in property management for over 4 years in the City of Detroit. Her passion and dedication for the field lead her to launch One By One Consulting Group in February 2020. One by One is a leader in the field of property development, consistently excelling in delivery of innovative solutions and adding substantial value to our projects and clients. One By One has managed and consulted projects for UUK Community Rehab, Jackson Ace Asset Managers and REO Management.

 

Ms. Williams is the Executive Director for Ace Investment Group, one of the largest Black-owned apartment portfolios in the city of Detroit. One By One under the management of Ms. Williams and the local non-profit agencies in the City of Detroit assist hundreds of families in a common mission to help clients fulfil their goals and aspirations of long-term quality housing.

 

Ms. Williams has managed and consulted for a variety of developments and projects. One By One consist of a team of contractors with specialties in rehabbing, licensed carpentry, building inspectors, property managers, maintenance, and home inspections.
